TRACK GUIDE

S-track vs L-track vs SL-track

Choose coverage based on where you want rollers to travel.

Track shapes

S-tracks follow the spine and generally stop around the lower back. L-tracks continue under the seat. SL-track is commonly used for a spine-following path that also extends beneath the glutes.

The tradeoff

Longer is not automatically better. A long fixed track can change stretching behavior and may align poorly on a very short user. Published fit data and a real sit test remain valuable.
